Her professional background includes work within the Department of National Defence in areas related to workplace harassment and violence prevention, training, and communication. She has designed and delivered programs grounded in empathy, accountability, and practical application, supporting individuals, leaders, and teams navigating complex interpersonal and workplace dynamics. At LWP Strategy, Iethar supports clients seeking to strengthen communication, build understanding, and navigate change clearly.
Ahmad Manshad
Co-Founder | Senior Investigator & Strategic Advisor
Ahmad Manshad is the Co-Founder of LWP Strategy and brings extensive experience in workplace investigations, leadership, and strategic advisory within complex, high-stakes environments. Fluent in English and French, his work is grounded in procedural fairness, discretion, and sound judgment—particularly where credibility and integrity are essential.
Hi professional background includes investigative work within the Department of National Defence, as well as over a decade of leadership experience in public safety and security. This includes senior roles at Six Flags, where he led teams, managed operations, and conducted investigations in fast-paced, public-facing settings. At LWP Strategy, Ahmad supports organizations and leaders in navigating sensitive matters with clarity, structure, and informed decision.
