Iethar Ali
Co-Founder | Qualified Mediator
Iethar Ali is the Co-Founder of LWP Strategy and holds the Qualified Mediator (Q.Med) designation through ADRIO and ADRIC. She brings more than a decade of experience across the federal public service and not-for-profit sector, with expertise in training, facilitation, conflict management and prevention, communication, and cultural fluency. Fluent in English and French, her work is grounded in empathy, accountability, and inclusion.
Her professional background includes work within the Department of National Defence in workplace harassment and violence prevention, training, and negotiated resolution. She also brings experience in family violence screening and safety considerations, along with leadership experience in the not-for-profit sector.
At LWP Strategy, Iethar supports individuals, leaders, and organizations in strengthening communication, navigating conflict, and addressing complex workplace challenges with clarity and confidence.
Ahmad Manshad
Co-Founder | Lead Investigator
Ahmad Manshad is the Co-Founder of LWP Strategy and a Certified Workplace Investigator, having obtained his certification through RT Workplace Training. He brings over a decade of leadership experience in public safety and security, along with extensive experience in workplace investigations and strategic advisory within complex, high-stakes environments. Fluent in English and French, his work is grounded in procedural fairness, discretion, and sound judgment, particularly where credibility and integrity are essential.
His professional background includes investigative work within the Department of National Defence, as well as senior leadership roles at Six Flags, where he led teams, managed operations, and conducted investigations in fast-paced, public-facing settings.
At LWP Strategy, Ahmad supports organizations and leaders in navigating sensitive matters with clarity, structure, and informed decision-making.
